He wasn't a monster like the Templars were. "If you snap there's really nothing I'd be able to do to stop you. I'm a tech not a warrior."

Shaun also knows what it feels like to be new in the group, though unlike Cal, he wasn't thought of as a threat, he had been brought in because he had managed to piss off the wrong people.
